BACH-Office currently work with Microsoft products because of their popularity. The following applications can be developed completely or over a period of time to help keep costs under control. We can take an existing application and add functionality, improve the layout or make it more robust.  If you wish, we can also provide a maintenance or support service for for these products at nominal costs.

Access
Access is a database capable of running a medium sized business - see JobTrack.  Access allows a number of people to use the database at the same time.  Can be linked to Word and Excel files.

 

Excel
A spreadsheet capable of making number work easy.  Excel provides an excellent way to analyse and manipulate data.  The secret is not the use of formulas but the ability to design the sheet for efficient data input, analysis and output.  Can be linked to Word and Access files.

 
Word
Word process simple or complex documents.  Can be linked to Excel and Access files.  Automate some of more tedious tasks and improve accuracy.

 

 

OfficeLive
Design yourself a smart website like this one.  Minimum cost for a web presence.

 

 

PowerPoint
Generate simple or complex presentations for business promotion or training purposes.  PowerPoint is an excellent tool for staff training - simple or highly complex systems involving navigation options, or for unattended marketing presentations that run until switched off.

 

 

 

Publisher

Design you own published materials and print them yourself or send them to a professional printer.  Go that bit further than Word can manage.
